Additional Information About This Model New Arrival.. If you've been waiting for just the right Sport, then stop your search right here. This is a fantastic SUV that is guaranteed to keep on chugging along for years and years. You will not be disappointed when you see this SUV* 4 Wheel Drive, never get stuck again! A winning value!!! Safety equipment includes: ABS, Traction control, Passenger Airbag, Front fog/driving lights, Stability control - Stability control with anti-roll...Other features include: Convertible roof - Manual, Cruise control, Audio controls on steering wheel, 285 hp horsepower, 3.6 liter V6 DOHC engine... The Jeep Wrangler is authentic and unique, with capability that keeps getting enhanced at the same time this intentionally crude vehicle gets more comfortable and civilized. By intentionally crude, we point to the wonderfully exposed hinges on the removable doors and a windshield that flips down for a less-impeded view off road. After all these years, the Wrangler can still make you feel like General Patton. And this is not an outdated product. Wrangler uses a smooth and fancy Chrysler Pentastar 3.6-liter V6, and a 5-speed automatic transmission designed by Mercedes-Benz with an available 6-speed manual. The engine makes 285 horsepower with 260 pound-feet of torque, scooting a two-door to 60 mph in 7.7 seconds, with the heavier four-door Wrangler Unlimited trailing behind, in 8.4 seconds. There’s surprisingly good acceleration at relatively low rpm. The old-school steering is dull and the ride not great, and it only gets 17 miles per gallon, but all of that becomes less important in rugged terrain where the Wrangler shines. Wrangler features a rugged chassis with high ground clearance and skid plates, and solid axles front and rear. It is an amazing machine when it comes to scrambling over boulders. New tricks by the Rubicon model, in pursuit of bigger boulders, include electronic disconnection of the sway bar to allow extr

    • Great SUV but a bit pricey compared to competition

By Chromie on Thursday, January 16, 2020

      5.0
Ride is quite smooth, engine is very powerful even with the small ecoboost. Interior on my XLT is superb so not sure why people are talking down on it. Love the exterior styling and the fact that they went back to rear drive and finally put the gas intake back on the drivers side. I HATE designs where it is on the passenger side. Standard tech is great and works very well. Pre collision sensor might be a little too sensitive but better than not enough. Headlight are great. Like I said above it is a bit pricey but I am loving it. I might have started noticing a little wind noise on the highway however but in routine driving it is so quiet you could hear a pin drop. Engine can turn off when at stop lights and such and it starts up very smoothly and quietly. That said I am getting 18mpg in more city than highway driving. I would definitely get it again however. I've only had it for 900 miles so my rating on Reliability is not really anything to go on.
    • Fun and lots of compliments

Look forward to driving daily. Strangers approach with compliments. Lack of torque steer from the rear wheel drive is wonderful. The low rpm driving torque is very well done. I thoroughly compared to European, korean and Japanese, as well as caddy and gmc. So many good choices but the massage seats and overall redesign package cinched it for us. The platinum and st versions have lots of tech, but are pricey. The xlt 4wd base model with 2.3 EcoBoost was impressive however, and with a very reasonable price. We opted for the st for features and the very exciting 3.0 EB.
    • Powerful engine, Poor quality workmanship

By Andy on Monday, January 06, 2020

      3.0
Purchased car and exterior color wanted. Problem was two defects found immediately. Overhead roof lining was torn, rear defroster did not work. Quality control appears to be overlooked. Vehicle was excellent to drive with powerful engine. Driver seat could lower another inch to fit taller individuals. Steering wheel was excellent but could move outward another inch for taller individuals.
